“ASANA” : physical postures : Meditation in form :

“Asana” lubricate joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments by increasing the circulation of vital fluids and life energy, making them more supple. “Asana” also offer inner massage to the vital organs of the body. Most of the asanas mirror the life forms like fish, cobra, lion, peacock, locust, tree, mountain to absorb the positive qualities imbibed by nature in these life forms. “Asana” help release mental agitations and blocked energy. In association with “Pranayama” and “Dhayana”, “Asana” purify mind and body to awaken “Kundalini shakti”(our true potentiality) .

“Asana” and other yogic techniques should be done under the supervision of an experienced yoga master.
